He's a Splash. Definitely not the father of the girl in question. Also, he's a red/gold base color. That would mean the silver (white) of your pullet would have come from the mother. But that is not a genetic possibility. A silver hen can only pass silver to her male offspring.
Your Easter Egger rooster is the father. He also has similar pattern genetics to your pullet. He will pass that silver color to about 50% of his chicks, regardless of the hens' coloring. However, I do believe a Wyandotte may have been the mother, unless you have a different breed of hen with a rose comb.
