I'm so sorry, Idk how I missed this thread! I've been so busy. Let me catch up.
 
Be patient. Did you calibrate your thermometer and hygrometer? If the temperature was low it may take a couple of extra days for the chicks to hatch. My latest hatch was on day 25. What kind of incubator are you using? If the egg has externally pipped and you open the incubator the chicks could be shrink wrapped but if it hasn't externally pipped it's probably ok. It may be still absorbing the yolk. Not knowing what the temperature and humidity are at it's hard to say for sure. Sit on your hands. If the chick stops moving it could be resting. Hatching is hard work. Do you have pictures you can post of your setup? How is your humidity? I would make sure it is up to around 75%. Good luck...

Yesterday I saw it was internally pipped on 21 day and moving but now its not moving 22 day not moving I candle them and the it's all dark I can see only air cell that means yolk is absorb should I do safety hole and if it doesn't make any progress I will open it on 23 day is it ok
