The second photo looks like an internal pip, but there's no way to know for sure, unfortunately. Whichever way you go, there is risk involved. It's a risk to give it more time, because it could run out of air. And it's a risk to open it, in case it's not ready to hatch. You have to weigh the risks and make the decision for yourself. Do whatever you feel more comfortable with. Not everybody feels up to doing an assisted hatch. It's delicate work, messy, and can go very wrong (or it can save a life!) Go and read about assisted hatching and decide if that's something you feel comfortable doing. It will also help you asses whether you are at that point yet, or if it's better to give it more time.
