HELP ME BABY BIRD STUCK IN TREE

I need help! I was piuttiing out food for the squirrels and i saw a helpless bird on the top of a tree. It seems a little large, so it might be an adult that broke its wing, but either way it is stuck and needs help. Should i call anybody? animal control???

Its okay. It was just drying off from the rain. It was muddy i didnt realize it was a blue jay its good
