Oh, I understand your dilemma. I kept my four chicks hidden in my garden shed for nearly a week. My DH was rather upset with me for awhile. I guess I am forgiven since he helped me put in a post with concrete and hang my gate.

Alright, alright. I didn't get anything! I got my days messed up. Turkey and ducks today, chicks tomorrow. I was disappointed when I got there and didn't hear any peeping. I did look into the duck bins and just for a second thought what would it hurt? One or two won't get in the way.

Tomorrow is another day for being strong. And yes the baby turkeys are cute too!

OK, I went home with 4 yesterday. I got 3 Black Austrolorp and a Buff Orp that was in the red sex-link bin. I wasn't paying attention and didn't find out my goof till I got home. Leave it to me to pick the one off chick in the whole tub. Still no Eater eggers though. I am going to try to wait till next year.
