I am new to chickens. I have 8 4 week old chicks and need to buy a coop asap! Based on my criteria, can you help me???
1. VERY cold and snowy winters
2. Easy to clean
3. Easy to access eggs
4. Space for the family to go inside and interact with the girls
5. Under $1000
6. Needs to be predator proof - fox, raccoon, fisher, cat, dog, hawk

I have been considering the Omlet Cube M2K with a 4m run...any reviews of it? What other options would you recommend???

You could even build a close to free coop with material off of the free section in your local craigslist ads.

Not bantams....Dominique, barred rock and Wyandotte. I have no time or energy to make my own. Need a pre-fab one!
What about a Producer's pride defender?

Can you share a few links to the ones you are thinking about.
It would be easier (for me and others) to see what you are looking at.

It's very cute....
But there is no way in the world this will house (my opinion) 10 chickens. (I can't even decipher the exact measurements of just the inside coop area though)
I personally would not put more than 6 in it. (Based on the size it looks from the lady who uploaded pictures of her standing next to it)
I'm not sure if you noticed but all the questions that are asked and not answered publicly. To me..this means they are hiding something.
