Help me decide how to worm my flock?

Safeguard dosage is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally to each chicken for 5 days using a syringe without a needle.
Ok thanks! Someone told me to put it in there water so I wasn’t sure. I have 8 hens and 2 of them have been sneezing, eyes watering and closed. They are lethargic and breathing hard as well. I was thinking it could be gape worms but I’m not 100 percent sure

It's best to worm birds orally, that way you know they got properly wormed. You're not dealing with gapeworms. It's most likely a respiratory disease by your description of the symptoms, probably Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG).

How do you treat for MG?
