I found a box & brought her home. now her neck is floppy , I have rolled a few towels to keep her neck up , also she can no longer drink water .. I called the lady from the muscovy sanctuary but she has not responded.. please anyone help me save this little angel 😪😪😪😪

Is a vet an option, they may be able to give you an antitoxin for her. If not I suggest you start the activated charcoal as Donna mentioned, or a Epsom salt, molasses flush immediately, to rid the toxins out of her body.

Here are the dosage for each one-

I would pen your other birds up away from the pond, they will find and eat the toxin too.

If she is wild, I would suggest bring her to a vet, or your nearest wildlife rehabber, they would know how to deal with this, if you can't, follow what I posted above.

Keep her in a warm/quiet/dry area.
