Help me figure out his gender please...

I bought this beautiful guy from a hatchery hoping to have a roo with my ladies when they were little but he hasnt crowed... he has no flogs and I am questioning if he has laid an egg or if I just missed one from the day before... what do you guys think...

It kinda looks like a pullet to me from afar, but a close-up of the saddle area would definitely help!

Also, how old?
