Is she a he? Got him a a local hatchery. Anybody know the breed?

It's a rooster. Your Silkie is in the way, I can't see whether feet are feathered, what leg or earlobe color, ect. Get better pics please.

Looks a bit like a blue copper Marans, but can’t see feet or body all that well. Try to take a side pic, and from above.
