her crop is squishy soft .and she is not vomiting more.....what next to do

Have you reviewed the links that have been previously posted. It sounds like sour crop. She needs to be in a warm place separated from the flock.

She needs to be tube feed.

the veternian told me that she is having dirreah and he gave me the medicine for that,and told its the best medicine for that......yes yesterday her crop was soft but today its hard and undigestable ,when i tried to inject the medicineshe started vomiting and i hold her legs and hold her upside down,only liquid came out and no food came out ,the crop is still hard,how to vomit those hard food out........

Like I said in your other thread, if you don't know how to tube feed you should not try to vomit her. You need to tube feed her water ASAP to break up the mass of food. DO_NOT_VOMIT her!
