What antibiotics were you given?

Green poop(other than eating grass clippings, etc) usually indicates not eating enough. Any crop issues as in impact or partial impact or even sour crop? Any vent issues? Have you actually seen her eat,b/c eating and not drinking is strange, they usually do not eat or drink when ill.

Please describe her symptoms and why she is on antibiotics. Any diarrhea, full and squishy or hard crop first thing in the morning, is she lethargic or puffed up, did she have a Mareks vaccine, has she been wormed, and what does she eat?

here in India its 12:44 AM..i will post picture in the morning.and my hen is having cough ,slow digestion, lethargic or puffed up,eating very less and not drinking .decrease in weight very fest,I cant understand what problem is she having..please help me what to do

She might have an impacted crop. Feel the right side of her breast the first thing in the morning BEFORE she eats. It should feel flat and soft normally, at that time. If, instead, it feels bulgy and hard, she probably has long strands of grass blocking the passage of food through her crop and will need your help to clear it as soon as possible.

Here are some pages on treatments:

Besides the respiratory problem of coughing, your chicken may have coccidiosis, since she has most of the symptoms. Crop stasis or inactivity can happen during these infections. The treatment for coccidiosis in the US is amprollium or sulfa drugs. India may use those or other drugs to treat it. Does your hen have any swelling of the face or eyes, or nasal drainage? Also, is there any bad odor around her face? Drugs such as tylosin, chlortetracycline, and tiamulin will treat some of the respiratory diseases, and sulfa drugs will treat coryza which causes the bad odor with respiratory disease.
