HELP ME PLEASE

Hello,
So i just bought a couple of baby chicks from north 40 and one of them has poop sticking to its butt and since im not new to this whole chick thing i decided to ask if its fatal to her on here and how i can fix it! Thank you!

This is pasty but. If treated properly, it is not fatal.
Soak her butt in warm water and gently pick off the poop. Dry her on low heat until completely dry.

Repeat until it stops pasting, but keep an eye on it in case it returns.

Welcome to BYC! That is called 'pasty butt' you need to remove the poop so it doesn't block the chick from doing its stuff. @Cyprus gave you good advice on how to fix it.

You can also put a dab of mineral oil, olive oil or vaseline on her vent to help keep the poo from sticking. Give her some soil/sod from an untreated lawn. This is an excellent item to put in the brooder. It gives chicks: first grit, minerals, first greens, seeds, insects, perhaps a worm, beneficial bacteria and fungi to jump start the gut and immune system. Be sure the brooder is cool enough. The end away from the heat should be as cool as the area you have the brooder set up in.

just please don't PULL it off it will take the skin with it! soak it good and then "roll" it off with a slightly abrasive towel or cloth!
