Hello..He has prolapsed his Penis..You can try a cool water bath and use Vaseline as you massage the Penis and try to tuck it back inside.
A Vet would be your best option though.

He must have been mating I don't know of any other reason the penis prolapses unless some other medical condition.

Keep him away from the other ducks because they may start biting on it and really mess it up. Maybe make him a little pen where he can still see everyone but he can't be mating or having contact with the others right now. What do you have in the way of lubricants? coconut oil, Prep H? K Y jelly even Vaseline any other those can help keep it moist so it doesn't dry out but another thing you have to think about is flies if they get on him and lay eggs he'll be infested with maggots so keep him clean keep this well lubed up and hope for the best.

Wesley, can you get a picture that would give us a good idea of how much is hanging out? Like include the ducks belly and tail. And the color... that one picture looks really purple, like it has already lost circulation. They should be more clear/pink looking.

My Drake prolapsed and the air quickly blackens the exposed tissue. My Drake wasn't prolapsed that severe..
In some cases a Vet will need to tuck it back in and suture the area closed...

I really am not sure there is hope for this one. It looks to be so swollen and almost blk but hopefully with more pics we'll know for sure.

Interesting. I guess mine have never hung out long enough to get dark like that, although one did worry me for a while, he didn't need my assistance, but it never darkened much. I think he was just over-active with it.

To be honest he is still a bit exposed...This is his last breeding season and very disappointing too...
