Help me With Impacted Crop Questions!!!!!

My JG has a crop the size of a baseball. I started treating it last night, but I can assume she's had it for a week or two-that's how long she hasn't been sleeping on the roost. I do not think she's pooping. I think she has been vomiting up some green fibrous clumps that smell kind of like tar+mint (?) very mild. She's been getting anything watery and mushy with oil for food.

Is it too late?
Should I do the surgery?
Should I wait and message for a day or two more?

I'm pretty scared.

If you are brave and need a last resort, this post is very helpful. I'm pretty new to the whole thing but I've heard that two eyedopers full of mineral oil and some massaging, possibly for two or three days in a row, may help.

Well I've had my good cry. She started dribbling poo. I can massage her crop and mold it like clay. My mother makes this stuff that's eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and onion. I pureed it into the texture of applesauce, and she loves it. She ate some, not alot, maybe 1/4 cup.
