neosporin or generic will help. when I had to cut off my hens comb b/c the rooster ripped most of it off and it was infected and swollen and wasn't going to heal correctly, I cut it off, dusted it with wood ash which has anti bacterial properties and added neosporin. Your chicks injury is FAR worse. One time with the peroxide to clean it, then no more. Peroxide will deteriorate the skin. Good luck. I hope she makes it.

i am glad he is doing better keep disinfecting it every day and re wrapping it you can try taking him to your vet but most vets don't do chickens washing it with soap and water is a good idea every day
