Help-Metronidazole water dose?

I'm wondering if I should treat with Baytril or is that too much?

Nowadays when I suspect blackhead I treat with metronidazole, Baytril, Safeguard, and amprolium.

Just pics of this disease I've seen online. But I could tell some stories. But I will never travel overseas. Eat meat overseas. Or do several other things.

That looks like granulation tissue. Or pus. Really thick pus.
