We have one year old ,purchased together ,2RIR, 3BO , 1 Amer. We are not allowed to have any roosters in our neighborhood. There are multiple looks worse than I’ve ever seen before. What should I be concerned with ? any suggestions ?
Do you think the purple arrow one is a rooster 😬😱

Looks like your girls are feather plucking each other - FYI - apparently bum feathers are tasty  - who knew??
What % protein are you feeding them - it should be 16% for layers. How much room do they have - the coop should be 4sq.ft/bird and the run 8-10sq.ft/bird. If they are confined in less space it will lead to feather picking.
Get yourself some Blukote from the farm store and paint the naked areas, this will deter further picking in those areas.
I don't think you have a rooster :)

Ty we just gave away the RIR that we thought was picking on the girls. I’m so sad now ! We have 3 buffs and 1 RIR and 1 Amer. But know they are only laying 2 eggs a day from 4-5 . Is it true they need 2 of each breed to lay eggs ?

Each hen will lay an egg roughly every 24-26 hours regardless of whether or not she has company, a rooster etc. They are programmed that way.
They will lay well as long as they have sufficient nutrition and water.
They need 16% layer feed if they are older than 16 weeks. They need fresh water daily.
If the Orpingtons are less than 24 weeks old, they won't be laying yet.
Try to keep them stress free - stress will interfere with laying and give them enough room, I think your birds are a bit cramped for space.
