Yes if its a niacin def you'll see the response in 3-5 days. Give it to her daily.

Sorry I saw where you said 3 ml, should I give her that all at once or 1ml 3 times a day

1 ml 3x a day would be fine.

If she responds to the liquid b complex I’d also pick up some nutritional yeast and start her on this after she finishes up the b complex they need the extra niacin until 10 weeks of age. They can also have it as adults too.

If your duckling has been inside it does not need this.

Can I use this?

I would use the cattle stuff instead because that does not have thiamine in it, and thiamine is the B I would use to treat a possible neurological problem.
