HELP! My 8 days old duckling is constantly shaking his head!

Hi, there! I need some help with my ducklings. We got them last Saturday and everything seemed to be fine until today. One of my ducklings is constantly shaking it's head like he's/she's trying to get some dry food out. He is not drinking or eating or at least i haven't seen him. His sibling on the other side is really active, he's always hungry, chirping and running around. The other one is always sleeping and i haven't seen him eat from like 2-4 hours ago. I put brewers yeast with live yeast into their food, his sibling was quick to eat but he wasn't on it. He laid next to the heater and fell asleep. I'm honestly pretty worried. I need to get him to move more and most importantly eat. What can i do?

Are you able to take a look in his/her mouth? What kind of bedding are they on? They are known to eat everything and anything and I'd probably check and make sure he/she doesn't have anything stuck.

I can try tomorrow. They are currently on hay bedding, because it's a lot easier to clean and change.​
