I tryed eggs today, no luck. I’m still syringe feeding her but she will eat out of a spoon if I put it up to her beak

That’s what I’ve been doingHmmm...maybe try raising the food container? It might pull on her scab to bend down? It's a good sign you don't have to force feed her...but it would be much better if she ate all on her own.
I think others mentioned this, but mix some water with her food so its like oatmeal. That way, she's getting water when she eats.
