No, just keep her somewhere warm.

I'd start by using a paper towel that is damp (not dripping) with warm water to gently clean the wound, then apply triple antibiotic ointment (no painkiller). Try feeding her scrambled eggs and/or make a mash out of their normal feed.

She’s resting now, I’ve been giving her water through a syringe so she doesn’t get dehydrated.

Keep it clean, & moist. Let it air heal. Triple antibiotic will help keep it moist.

I moved her to a bigger area, she can walk around a bit more and stand up by herself.
