It looks like your chick may have a slipped (Achilles) hock tendon. Have a look here:

So sorry about your baby. Many times chicks and chickens can overcome all kinds of disabilities as long as the chick can still eat and drink. You might keep him right near the food and water so he has access to it all the time. Watch that he doesn't get trampled by the others. He may get through this, but watch that he is not suffering later on down the road as you may need to put him down. I hope he does make a full recovery.![]()
My chick is still able to eat and drink and I'm not sure abt it having slipped hock tendon, I'm also too scared to push it back in like the article said, because I might make it worse
