Help! My chick is out of his shell, but his gut is out of his body!

My Chick pipped a few days ago, so I had to assist him in hatching. Somehow, he was not fully developed and his gut was still outside of his body. It was not a cut, but more of a whole. Is there anything I can do to help him. Also, he is still alive and chirping every so often. If anyone knows some way to help, that would be great!

Put him in a cup and put him back in the incubator. That is likely the yolk sack and needs time to absorb.
