HELP! My chicken’s eye is not okay!!

I’m so sorry if the photo disturbs you this is what her eye looks like. What can we buy or do to heal her? I really don’t want her to die (she’s my favorite one). Please help!

Probably has a respiratory infection. You can give her VetRx.

A swollen closed eye and sneezing can be a sign of a respiratory disease such as mycoplasma (MG.) Are there any bubbles in the eye or gunky drainage? Do you smell a bad odor? I would,clean the eye with saline or eye wash and apply a dab of either Terramycin eye ointment or if that is not available, plain Neosporin ointment twice a day. If your vet cannprescribe an antibiotic, that may help. Tylosin powder to add to the water is available online, but it would take a few days to arrive.
