Help my chicken seems odd.

I have a hen that seems to be alright. She walks around talks eats drinks, but since a few days ago it seems like her keel bone is like a lump or something. I thought the lump was just her crop but when I feel it it is her keel bone forsure. She is still eating and drinking. I could just be overreacting but she hasent been laying for a couple of weeks now. I have been finding feathers around the coup and I believe she could be molting. Her comb looks dry and red its always been like that though. I'm not sure if something is wrong or not. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be able to feel the keel bone sticking out like it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
