White spots could be an indicator of fowl pox. I don't know much about fowl pox so dont take my word for it. I just know that is a symptom.

@mylifewithpets : you need to be a little more specific. I'm in Oz but subtropical. You look like you might be hotter & drier. No~one wants your exact location just enough info to help decide if your climate is a factor. Humidity/no humidity? Temperate/extreme?After you post pictures, can you update your profile with your location?
I agree that it looks like fowl pox. Isolation is not necessary. It is transmitted via mosquitoes. It will run it's course in a few weeks.
