Help! My chickens has a hole in her head

It's not bleeding and she's acting perfectly fine but what should I do?

Also separate her from the rest of your flock, keep the injury clean and apply birds safe iodine to make sure it doesn't get infected

If they're there is too much of the skull missing I advise culling, I'm guessing she's pretty low on the pecking order and/or a rooster did this while mating

I'm not sure. I was thinking maybe it was my other chickens that did it but they don't really mess with her.

I'd leave her with the flock if there is no rooster there, apply antibiotic ointment and monitor. If there is a rooster in the flock, I would remove him until she is healed - it will take time, but she will heal.
