Help... My chicks have runny poo!!!

Hey everyone. I need help ASAP.. I have 19 chicks 6 days old. They are in a huge tote in my bath right now. I clean that thing at least 4 times a day.... at least 4! But with 19 that is a lot of poo. Last night we noticed that there were a few runny poos when we did the bedtime clean. This morning I cleaned them before I even got dressed and I noticed when I replaced the paper towels there were 3 big watery brownish red spots. Some one or 2 are sick. With 19 it is impossible to tell who. I feel like a horrible mom... This has never happened to me before...this just started yesterday morning with loose stools. They are on medicated feed Purina start and grow. I try to keep the brooder as clean as possible but with 19 I would have to be there constantly.? Help what can I do? This is what I am seeing from a few. Not all PO is weird but this is the not normals I see.

Sounds like cecal poop. Every chicken has a cecal poop every 8-10 poops. They sound fine to me.

As long as they also do normal poos they should be perfectly fine
