Help my chx is lathargic and gasping for air

Too hot is my first thought. If your heat lamp is too big for area or you don't provide an area in brooder that is cooler they will overheat, gasp and expire eventually. Check temperature, don't use infrared heat lamps and provide cooler side to brooder. Immediately I'd turn off the heat lamp and make sure the chick drinks cool water then figure out the brooder situation.

Her eyes are swollen and she is have abnormal discharge, that can be from overhearing?
The chickens are free range it was 80 today she is the only one showing symptoms
