Can you post a picture of the chick standing? Leg bone deformities are very common, and include varus valgus deformity, TD (tibial dyschondroplasia,) and others. Slipped tendon is kind of a catch all phrase, and unfortunately many of those cannot be treated successfully. But no harm in trying. Is the swelling in the hock joint? I would try Googling slipped tendon or leg bone deformities in poultry and try reading as much as you can. Some people try splinting, but I would always try chick vitamins as well.

I would make sure that it is eating and drinking, since it may not get enough due to physical limitations. I do think that an injury from shipping or jumping could be a possibility, so I would try and chick chair or chicken sling (Google for pictures) with food and water in front of it. Give it some time, and watch to see that it isn’t being bullied.

Thankyou I will try it

Hey i think that the breeder inter bred because the other one the same colour has weepy euesand cant open them

I have had chickens with deformities before 2 had leg deformities where their toes were stuck together and another one that sort of is like your chicks and both have survived to adults and lay good eggs
