One thing to try first is to give some human vitamin B complex vitamins which will give both niacin and riboflavin to help with toe and leg problems. 1/4 to 1/2 tablet crushed onto food daily is plenty. A chicken sling or chair may be helpful to get him upright especially if your splint his legs and feet. Many use water therapy on ducklings to strengthen legs. Here is some info on building a sling:

Thank you all so much for the help. I think a splint will help a lot in getting her to walk on that foot some more. We are gunna try the vitamin B as well as lots of water therapy. Still not entirely sure what to do for the splint but I was thinking something like that photo eggcessive posted some sort of cloth on each side of the foot as well as something supporting the rest of her leg from right above the hock down

If you have any foam meat tray packaging from the market to double and cut into triangles, those make good shoes. Vet wrap or cohesive bandage can be cut into strips, or you may use tape to secure them. The vet wrap can be replaced easily. In this link there is shoe like that in pages 23-24.

Someone here posted some rubber duck shoes recently, and I will try to find the link for that.

@Hen Pen Jem also has posted picture of a homemade shoe to support the ankles. Here is that thread:

Okay. I think something along the lines of the foam for shoes would work great. I will definitely try that out. As for wrapping the hock I’ve heard on of the best ways would be do a figure 8 around the hock. Would that be enough on its own or should I do some light ace bandage type material all the way up top wrapping around both legs to help keep the injured leg underneath her? She tends to put her bad leg out to the side and keeps the other leg directly underneath her to balance
