Help! My duck is injured

hey guys! I have 7 chickens (all hens) and a duck who have all lived together for a year and haven't gotten along fine. Yesterday my chickens attacked my duck and tore off some of her feathers leaving scabs and blood. Any idea of what I should do her for so it won't become infected?

Keeping it clean and applying some antiseptic would be a good place to start.
Could you please post a pic or two of her wounds.
