Help! My Ducking is breathing heavily with its beak opened

I’ve been trying to figure out what’s with this duckling for 7 hours now.. It’s Ramadan and I will be fasting but literally couldn’t sleep knowing the this poor duckling is struggling..

How big would you say that is? Because that looks very big to me, its possible the duckling has a piece stuck in her throat, do you feel anything along her neck?

They’re bigger than millets.. and how to know if there’s something stuck in her neck?

I don’t think the water is that deep..
but she’s sneezing.. so I guess if there’s something clogging her nostrils it would get out with sneezing.. no?
