This looks like a vitamin deficiency. What are they eating? How big is the set up? What is their water set up like?

Even though I said not to worry about the shavings. Remove those and replace with a towel for now.
Do you have them in a plastic tub? It could be off putting gasses.

Do they have water at all times? They have to have water every minute of every day. REAL food meant for poultry? They need a bigger box too so they can get away from the heat lamp.

have you given them a deep water dish to dunk their heads in yet. In the first picture you posted both dishes were completely empty. Ducklings need water. You had also stated you were giving a bit of oatmeal but the ducklings didn’t have access to feed

Please give the ducklings feed and water. If they are hungry they could be eating shavings. Their box is small and no place to get away from the heat at this age they need both warmth and cool spots.

They use to have a big set up but my dad got mad at me for having it so messy so I'm having a temp box which is only for the night and it's morning now so I was going to change it but I couldn't since I was late for the school bus

I'm so sorry for your loss, you did everything you could for him. Thank you for caring so much about these ducklings and looking after them after your brother's poor choices. I really hope the others will be okay
