HELP MY DUCKLING

Pics
I really wish these feed stores would offer simple instructions on care. Sure would make things a lot easier. Especially if they sold them the ducks and chicks then sold them layer feed
I have just started to sell and I give this info to my buyers. I want them to have healthy strong ducks
They do here.

My dad told me they'd were old enough so I stopped giving them heat I didn't know that they weren't are they too cold??? Js that why it's not moving and laying like that???
They need heat and they need to be able to get away from the heat until much older. How big is your set up?
What's the water source like? The layer feed doesnt hurt for 1 week, but what are they eating now?
What type of bedding are you using?

It had happened again ): he fell to the ground his whole body stretched and stiff, his pupils were really small, and he just laid there I immediately sat him back up and made sure he was breathing okay bit im so upset that it was just after he walked and sat down for a while I don't know what else happened I looked away for a split second
What temperature is the water you're offering? Don't offer too cold because it can cause issues.

It only says this

Hmm, I'll see if Google has any answers. I'd be very concered to use that with my animals if it can cause cancer in people. I'd switch ASPA. Poultry have much more sensitive respiratory systems than us, so anything that affects us will definitely affect them. Not sure if thats whats causing the problem, but I'd still be concerned about it.
Everything in CA is labeled to cause cancer. I wouldn't be too concerned about that. I'd be more concerned about food, water, and the ability to be warm when needed as well as be able to get out if the heat when needed. The set up might be too small for that heat lamp.
