Do you mean a normal poultry waterer?
They have to be able to dunk their bills/heads, so that they can wash their nares

I’m really afraid for these babies while you are at school.
Without water and feed and to much heat with no cool down space things could be bad when you get home
Will your parents step in to help ?
These ducklings can’t go all day in these conditions.
I hate to say it as I know you are trying your best but this is cruelty for them.
If you guys are unable to care for them properly could you find them a home ?
It seems like your parents have gotten upset about this and took away the heat and the big set up
They don’t really want ducklings ?

They have water and feed but they currently have most oatmeal and my moms gonna male them an omelet cuz I remember someone had recommended that I also told her to remove all the stuff and just put them in a towel and they aren't directly under the headlamp so they won't overheat I would and I've been looking but we also have to contact the tractor supply cuz it could of been an outbreak but we dont know if it's the decifency or not also my dad is very strict and he hates things that will ruin his house and he thinks he knows best even tho he doesn't but my mom is okay with it and she's willing to help

But they also need chick grit when eating anything but the feed !!
Can your mom go to the store ?
Pick up the stuff the ducklings need
Vitamin B complex liquid
Chicken grower or duck grower feed what ever they have
Nutritional yeast for extra niacin a deep water bowl
A bigger home set up

perhaps your mum could talk to your dad about it and help him to understand that the ducklings are suffering and need more space and care.... It doesn't sound like he wants the ducklings, and they grow fast- is he prepared to soon have large ducks running about? They need a lot of care, you're doing a good job with what you have but it is still concerning- it isnt your fault, I think the fault lies with other people here, but I agree with New duck mommy, it would probably be best to find them a home where they will have everything they need, if not right now, soon :/

Make sure that they have access to chick grit asap, it has to be for chicks, as adult grit is too large and often has calcium added. This will help them to digest any foods aside from proper feed.
You're making the right changes, I really hope they'll be okay
