Help! My ducks beak seems to be softening/rotting???

So I've had this female pekin duck for almost a year now, nothing has seemed or been wrong with her at all until a few days ago I noticed some green spots on her beak. They look like mold or rot or something that looks horrible and when I felt her beak I noticed it was quite soft as well. I don't know what to do and I don't want her to suffer any longer! Does anyone have any idea what this could be/how to cure it? Thanks so much!

She's quite pale too compared to her mate. It's strange. I've given her vitamins, minerals and electrolytes in their water as well.
