I've got 2 out so far, the first born is pecking the he!! out of a chick that just hatched! The newest chick obviously doesn't like it either, she tries to stumble out of the way just to be followed! What should I do! I know the bully must be doing this out of hunger....but I still have 11 to hatch!!

Well .. I have never hatched eggs in a bator myself. I let nature take it's course, and let my hens have their way. Usually momma hen tends to any peckin' and such.
But I would try to keep bully britches from pecking the sweetie. maybe a partition or something until the others hatch. [IMG] Do you have their brooder set up yet.?
