HELP!!!< MY EGGS WON"T PEEL

Today I went to make egg salad and my eggs wouldn't peel.

They are fresh from yesterday what am I doing wrong or is there a trick to get fresh eggs to peel other than ice cold water that didn't work today.

We age ours 5 days on the counter and then boil them. They peel perfectly!
