HELP!!! My goat is acting strange

About a month or two ago I noticed my female 4 y/o Pygmy goat making some strange noises, that wasn't her usual "MEAAAAAAA." It almost sounded like she was snorting like a pig. When she did call out it sounded very nasally. I became concerned when this behavior was more frequent. Now I've noticed she sticks the tip of her tongue out most of the time.
I'm worried something might be wrong with her. She's eating and drinking fine with plenty of energy though.
I have a video of her making the noises but I just need to figure out how to upload.

Do you have a buck? They stick their tongues out a lot, and snort, than make a wailing noise, I've seen a few does do it, sometimes they are in heat, sometimes they are feeling squirrelly.

Another possibility is a bad tooth, but generally they will get an abscess with that, they don't feel well, and won't do the whole buck routine.

It sounds like some hormonal issues. My first thought was that she was an intersex, but if so you would have seen signs long before now. Does her vulva look normal or is it enlarged?
