HELP!!My Hen has a Sour Crop???

My latest thread was me trying to figure out what's wrong with my hen and I searched stuff about crops. Well I was feeling her crop and it's bug like a water balloon and squishy and my other hen same breed as her has a tiny one so I was like hers is not normal. Shes eating and drinking and ate some calcium but what do I do? Or is it even sour crop?? Someone help me

I read stuff about it just now and she doesnt have any bad breath nor diarrhea. I'm going to wait until morning and feel it again. If it's not flat or at least smaller than I should know right?
