HELP! My hen won’t eat and just sleep, looks very weak and won’t open her eyes

Try giving her a little olive oil. it helps put the digestive system back on track..

she looks better this moring, however she won’t eat or drink on herself, but she look a little bit more energetic, eyes open more easily, standing, and i feed her some sugar water by syringe, and a few tiny piece of scrambled egg, one mealworm, 3-4ml olive oil... massage her around.. and her crop is bigger than yesterday. I m going out now, hope she will be better when I come back....

Please let us know how she’s doing. Also che k if her crop is empty in the morning. If it is not empty in the morning, she may have a crop problem. What does she normally eat and does she have grit to help digest her old?

She normally eat commercial layering hen pellet and she has lots of grass land avaliable, and I think she will find grit here or there I don’t know if it’s a crop problem. Her crop is very soft and a size of ping pong ball(maybe). And I fed her some yoghourt and tiny bit of egg mash.... some sugar water... I don’t know, she just seems like she lost the interest to live, and her neck always crooked on one side with eyes closed... don’t know what can I do for her....
