HELP my Mille Fleur are not laying

Hi all, I need some advice. I purchased a trio of Mille Fleur, Belgian D Uccle about a month ago, and I have not seen one single egg come out of the bunch. I don't know a lot about the breed, but I like the way they look and I wanted to breed them for more. But this will be difficult without an EGG

the rooster and one hen is 2 years, the other hen is less than 1 year (barely)

My Mille Fleur's aren't laying either. Its probably still to cold. I wouldn't worry that much!

They aren't heavy layers. One of mine lays an egg per day but, the others are taking their time and it
will probably be in the spring before they start up.
