HELP!!!!!!!! My one girl is VERY SICK WHAT CAN I DO??

yes! Scrambled eggs and cheese - a big hit. While it took Henrietta (she's the one who is recovering) about 10 minutes to eat the egg, when I made one for her sister Emma (out in the coop and now separated from Rosco (rooster)) she scarfed it up in about 60 seconds!

I think we know now that Rosco has kept these two girls from the feed and it's malnutrition. It's a relief to know now because with them separated we can give them all they need to get bigger and stronger.

Can't begin to say how bad we feel for not understanding this was the situation. But our girl is going to recover and we are smarter chicken owners for it.

Wow, that is great! It sounded like she was on her last legs. So glad she's feeling better. Have you tried plain yogurt?

i thought roosters were supposed to protect the hens, and help find yummy treats for them, not keep them from eating. Maybe Rosco needs a new home?
