help my pigeon has a tummy ache

Weirdo! I never even considered trying the upper half.

I guess it easy for me to catch the tip of the top beak with my fingernail because it sticks out over the bottom one just a bit. Whatever works!

also I took her out to check on her and noticed something very disturbing she has weird creepy looking bugs crawling all over her neck it said on the bottle that the wormer helped with external parasites so I guess they are all calling of of her cause her blood suddenly turned into poison for them what should I do will the dewormer cover it?

I have not had to use a wormer but I think you should follow directions for the product you have and see if eliminates the creatures. They would be feather mites or lice. A Permethryn spray is probably the quickest way to eliminate them. If she is completely over-run with the critters you may want to treat with that right away.
Adding a few tablespoons of borax to the birds bath water can help to prevent them
Edit added Look under her wings and around her vent/tail area to see if the bugs are there as well.

ok great thanks ill do that. I am following the directions for the wormer. not exceeding the recomended dose. I never noticed them before they must have bean flushed out by the wormer. if she still has them ill see about Permethryn. i'm a minor and I don't think my dad will like the idea of buying more meds. he was reluctant about the wormer even though I paid for it!
