Sorry, I just now saw this- didn't get an alert! I do it like BP but I lift the top half of the beak. Loldo you know to feed a pigeon a pill @biophiliac ?

I guess it easy for me to catch the tip of the top beak with my fingernail because it sticks out over the bottom one just a bit. Whatever works!Weirdo!I never even considered trying the upper half.

I have not had to use a wormer but I think you should follow directions for the product you have and see if eliminates the creatures. They would be feather mites or lice. A Permethryn spray is probably the quickest way to eliminate them. If she is completely over-run with the critters you may want to treat with that right away.also I took her out to check on her and noticed something very disturbing she has weird creepy looking bugs crawling all over her neck it said on the bottle that the wormer helped with external parasites so I guess they are all calling of of her cause her blood suddenly turned into poison for them what should I do will the dewormer cover it?
