Went outside to this poor girl screaming as a large bird flew away after attacking her. When I got to her she was twisted up so I’m worried it may have paralyzed part of her because now she can’t stand up and walk without flinching in pain. It got her neck pretty bad. I currently have her sitting on my lap wrapped up in a towel.

Is there anything I can do to make her more comfortable?

I don’t want to put her down but understand if she can’t walk. I figure I will give her a few days to recover and see what happens.

Update: I have her in an aquarium inside with access to water and food where she is resting. Her main trouble is her neck muscle is causing her head to drift to the left.

Is there any medicine I can give her to help with pain? What can I do to prevent infection assuming she makes it through the night?

Welcome to BYC. Please read post #12 in the thread link that @Tookie provided. Post #12 will tell you exactly what to do to give your pullet the best chance to survive. The first step is to treat her for shock. Don't hesitate to ask more questions if you need more advice.
I think you mean post #14. 12 is just a pic of a wound.
