help!!! my two ducklings appear to have swollen red necks

this morning they looks totally fine i did take them out in the garden for about 20 mins but they stayed next to me the entire time, i fed them afterwards and before i bathed them i noticed that they had red necks but when i put them in the bath it appeared to look worse, they are nearly 3 weeks old and are starting to get feathers on their tail and their white colour is showing through i don’t know if this has anything to do with it, is it a ruptured air sack but if both of them have it i must be doing something wrong and obviously need to change what i’m doing to help them!!

I wouldn't worry too much but definitely watch them. Maybe hold the food back until you see it go down a little.

they were pecking at the grass and mud so perhaps it is that thankss

It does look like their crops are full. Are they getting enough grit to help them digest everything well? We had a conversation about this last week with some other baby ducks that had similar problems and they were not getting enough grit in their diet because their duck Mama had been giving them some different foods-treats in addition to their starter grower crumble and she was unaware that they also needed grit if she was going to add treats in addition to their crumble.
