hello,
so i have two broody hens that have hatched eggs out. a silkie whom i have mooved to a brooding area and her one baby. secondly i have a buff orpington who has had one hatch out so far as of last night. she is in a top nesting box and im sure baby cant get out for food or drink. i do know that the baby can survive for a while on the egg yolk from being born for a while. sooo... do i move unhatched eggs, baby and mom to new brooding area with the silkie mom and her kid or leave her untill more hatch out? i dont want her to abandon the eggs shes has got left but i also dont want the one little guy to go long without food either. im at a delema. need some advise!~
thanks
