Are my temps right keep it at 36.5 c and what should my humidity be throughout?
Also do I keep the chick in the incubator for 24hrs after and then put them into the brooder.
Can they come out of the brooder for cuddles or don’t they have to stay in there for a certain amount of time?
Sorry for all the questions
Xx
Thank you so much, it is a still air incubator,If the incubator has a fan in it, 37.5 is the ideal temp. I'd suggesting starting with humidity around 35%, check the eggs along the way and adjust as necessary.
They don't need to stay in the incubator for 24 hours. I move mine to the brooder when they are up and moving around well on their own.
You can handle the ducks whenever you want.If you snuggle them, your body temp will keep them warm. Obviously you don't want tiny ducklings running around in the cold, but as long as you keep them warm, they should be fine for periods of play time.
Thank you so much, it is a still air incubator,
Yay can’t wait to have cuddles

Ah thank you I will up that now, I really hope this goes well I’m so nervous already can’t wait to meet my little ducklingsFor still air, you want the temp to be 38.6 C![]()
